I'm totally exhausted after unpacking doing laundry and having 4 hours sleep. I will face the scales soon and I'm op since I was in my house. My clothes still fit so i know i dident do too much damage.
I was on a 7 day western Carribean cruise on Costa Meditterania ..glad to be back to my routine.

Cruises are the best, I hope you got to walk that deck each day, if you did, I'm sure you didn't do any damage.

I lost a few lbs one time on WW on a weeks cruise to the Carribean...

Don't you think that the meals seem more filling? I know that the portions are smaller than what I would have at home plus it takes much longer to eat your meal because ot the wait between courses. Even though I ate less I felt full when I left the dining room. I LOVE CRUSIES!
