My DH has been upgrading our computer so I've been MIA for the last few days. I did post my .2 loss and I've been really emotional about that. I have to quit that. Every time I don't come home from weigh in with a very big loss I cry. NORMAL?????? I have 4.8 lbs to go to goal. It just upsets me that I'm working so hard to be perfect, balanced, workout....so forth and to see such a small number makes me feel like my efforts are not worth much.
