Major suprise to myself..down 2 1bs and I was on a 7 day cruise. People told me they lost on cruises and I thought no way that I could. I'm down to my comfort weight of 143..12 1bs under ww goal anf 50 1bs loss.
This is my biggest wow in over a year on ww. It proves I can eat enjoy myself and not go crazy.
