Nope, not giving up! I'm committed this time around! Now if I can only get motivated to exercise!

Crystal - make small changes at a time.

I didn't physically feel like working out until I lost about 10-20% of my weight b/c my feet hurt so bad. Then when I started, I started out slow and built up from there. You'll get to where you look forward to it, will challenge yourself and feel very accomplished when the workout is over.
