op for me. I've done pretty good this week but I am having such a hard time right after work till right before supper. Some times I can kill the craving with water or a sf piece of gum. But alot of times I end up dipping into my points I have saved for supper. I know if I could get this time of day under control I would feel more confident in my ability to stay op all day long. Anyone else have trouble at this time of day? any suggestions?
I have trouble about 3pm thats when I try to save a snack of some sort, usually yogart with fruit cut up in it., or else I kill that idle time and take a nap.
hang in there, we all go thru it..
maybe you can take a walk, just to get out of the house for a 1/2 hr,. thats all it takes for craving to go away,..,
