Uki-
Is the turkey chili something you have a recipe for or is it store-bought? Sounds yummy.

B: WI today so I will take my fage yogurt and berries with me for after the scale. Just coffee this morning - can't get up at 5:30 without it.

L: not sure yet maybe a sammy and WW 0 pt soup

D: DH is out of town so I am making sloppy joes with garden burger "ground beef" and bbq sauce - a recipe I got from the Boca website
served on ww buns and
for a splurge some frozen fries (the NI isnt too bad on these 120,3.5,2 for 3 oz = 2 pts)
salad

snack:
either a WW latte bar or
Breyers free strawberry ice cream

Marilyn,

The turkey chili is by Hormel and is 99% FF. It comes out to 3 points for 1/2 the can and it has 17 grams of protein! That with a baked tater is only 4 to 5 points, depending on the size of the spud. The chili is good - not too spicy.

Re: Menu - Wednesday April 23rd

Breakfast - 100 cal. Thomas English Muffin with some low sugar Strawberry Jam - 2 pts.

Snack - 1 c. grapes - 1 pt.

Lunch - Broccoli and potatoes with Cheese (Smart One) - 4 pt.
Plum - 1 pt.
100 cal. chocolate cake for 1 pt.

Snack - Fiber One Bar 2 pts.

Dinner - Mahi Mahi (if I can figure out what to put on it) 2 pts.

Steamed Veggies - 0 pts.

Ice Cream Treat - 2 pts.

Sounds like a lot of food for not a lot of points. Hmm, maybe I'd better refigure or better yet, add in more food
