Op for me too. All went great yesterday for Wesley's birthday trip to Columbus. I ate according to what I planned and felt good about it. I can tell the food had WAY more sodium than I am used to. Lots of water today to flush it out.

op for me today. lots of water over here too. Did okay for being gone all day. We ended up running around to different places all day and then supper so i ate a little too much but i write what I bite and used some of the 35 points.

Early mothers day dinner with my mother and sister today. Everyone we be on different ends of the state next week.

I'm in. Did well at Panara's yesterday. Had the black bean soup, garden salad without dressing and even chose the apple over the bread. Core is getting easier.
