I was looking on the WW message board for core and that's what they said. Is that true??

I would think a core food is whenever you want it..
I don't think chicken would be nothing on WW is limited any more.. it all has to do with portions

If you go to meetings ask your WW leader...

Okay so I got clarification for this. I read the ground beef, ground turkey being limited and wondered about chicken breast. But it's not. Just the fattier meats.
