I made a dessert for a birthday party tonight. Coarsely chopped graham crackers, laid regular pudding down over that, sprinkled with a layer of coconut and topped with FF cool whip.
Okay, I make this with SF FF pudding and I think it't totally yummy.
QUESTION???? Don't you ever come home and laugh wondering if they REALLY thought it was good? They all said it was SO GOOD
I made cupcakes awhile back with a can of pumpkin and not one person could tell they were "diet." Even my son who is not much of a cake eater ate 4 of them. I think sometimes it's a mind set, people won't try something if they know it's "light" or "sugar-free." People hear those words sometimes and automatically think it's going to taste funny or bad. I just quit telling people and a lot of times they come up and ask for my recipe and are shocked to hear it was a WW recipe.
