If you all don't mind, could you give me a little feedback on whether or not to post this thread daily? The past weeks, the numbers of folks posting on it has really dropped, and if no one is interested in continuing it and we don't need meal and recipe ideas, I will stop posting. No need to take up space on the board unnecessarily. Just let me know. Thanks!

Uki, I havent had time to hardly post at all menu or exercise lately. Hours at work have been crazy and we are outside so much the nights just fly by. I probley wont be posting on it for a while.
I'd say if we get some new meal ideas we really like we could just post those.
