Exercise Accountability Post for the Week of 5-4-08

The purpose of this thread is to post your exercise plans for the week and then to post daily to track the AP's you earned.

Sunday - rest
Monday - 40 minutes trainer
Tuesday - 12 mile bike ride
Wednesday - 50 minutes treadmill
Thursday - 40 minutes trainer
Friday - 50 minutes treadmill
Saturday - 40 minutes trainer

weights

total time 55 min and 4AP

10 min running----I was a wus today and really tired
1/2 hour pilates class

Finally got to the gym today. 20 min on the bike, weights and 45 min water aerobics. Work and life has gotten in the way of exercise for the past few days. We are leaving for vacation for 10 days on Friday. Going to see our son. We are camping a few days and will try to get in some walking at the very least.

45 minutes on the trainer all done before the Mother's Day festivities begin. I am saving those activity points for a sliver of cake. MMMmmmmm
