Op and off for 2 whole days. Went for my walk in the boiling hot Florida morning sun. Bill and the kids are sleeping. I going to get fresh food and make a packed lunch for the beach.
OP today. yesterday is behind me and today is a new day. just came back from a 1 mile walk to friend's where I borrowed a recumbent bike. rode 2 1/2 miles home. earned 3 AP. With gas prices what they are I may be going to the gym less (20 miles each way) and using the bike more for my exercise. Fortunately we live in the country so not much traffic to contend with. I was like a kid on a new bike, weaving all over. The recumbent bike has tiny tires and balance is different than on a standard bike.
