My meeting day is Monday afternoon. I am not due to
weigh in except once a month since I have reached
goal weight and reclaimed the Life Membership I earned
in 1994. :-) However, I weigh myself here at home each
morning. I find it is a real help to do that. When
I slack off and don't weigh, it is sometimes "bad news." I had continued to lose - just a little bit -
after reaching goal weight, and the last time that
happened, the leader told me not to lose anymore. I
am not sure she intended me to gain, but my weight
was up last Monday, so I am now trying to get it back
down. I weighed .6 less this morning than yesterday.
I was up .3 yesterday. I have decided that I need the
accountability of a weekly weigh-in to keep me on the
right track. I will miss this week's meeting, the first time since May 14, 2007, but we will have some
special company. When I go back to WW, I will begin
that weekly weigh-in, although it is not required at
this point.
Yes, Chelsie. Monday is correct. I didn't intend to
write a book when I sent along my first reply. :-)

P.S. - I did weigh here this morning - 1.1 pounds less
than yesterday morning! Probably due to all that wa-
ter I drank that kept me running to the bathroom!
