Didn't see the thread started so here goes.
I'm down 3 1/2 this week. That puts me ahead by 1/2 # with my gains of the last 2 weeks. Total 64 1/2.
Don't know if it really made a difference but I skipped the gym yesterday as I've heard that your weight goes up after exercise esp. wt. lifting. Did walk 2 1/4 miles this AM before WW.

Oops! I forgot to get online yesterday and record my loss for the week! At weigh-in yesterday I was down 2.5#!!! Yipee!
