Pat, I have finished today on Core with no problem.
I will try it for a week. There is good information
in the WW materials, plus our leader follows Core and
has given us some additional information at meetings.
Hopefully it will "shock" the scale into moving just

Nellie, from my experience I would commit to staying on Core for at least 3 weeks. When I started the first week only lost 1/2 # and the next week nothing. Then the 3rd week lost 6. I think it takes awhile for your body to adapt.
