Does anyone know how many ww points are in fresh cherries?I am back on the wagon,starting today.I lost 40 lbs 3 yrs ago.I am 9 lbs away from gaining it all back.I'll start attending meetings again on monday.

measure them in a measuring spoon that WW sells.
I swear by them, I use them all day, they never
get a chance to go back in the drawer..

This is Cherry season time and I use them daily...

Strawberries are also only 1 point for 1 cup. MMmmmmmmmmm :)

One cup of blueberries is also one point! Blueberries
have been in our stores here at a good price for a
few weeks. Yum, yum!
