Totally not bad after everything I ate this week. Still in acceptable maintenace weight so that makes me happy. I am totally back on track now because I felt so crappy eating so much.
Lisa, if we can keep the memory of how awful eating off plan makes us feel we'll all do better. Unfortunately my memory seems to be short about those feelings. Sounds like you have the right attitude.
You make a good point, Lisa. We actually feel much
better when we are able to be in control and OP. I am
working at not becoming so distressed with the number
on the scale when I know I am staying OP. It is the
exercise that is my downfall. I have just not made it
as much of a priority as I should have.
