Stayed the same. Happy with that considering the cookies I ate this week and some chocolate chips (1/4 the bag to be exact)!!!
I've been binging on the sweets lately and wondered what my problem was but I had previously been depriving myself of treats so I could make goal and that was dangerous. I need to have a treat everyday to keep it on an even playing field (I think Uki had said the same thing).
So this week I should be on plan and loose since I will be evened out
