Today is rest day for me.

I walked for 40 min. this evening around the neighborhood.

I just came in from walking 4 miles. This week is going to be a lot tougher to get my walking in. Today and tomorrow will be no problem. Wednesday morning I have to leave my house at 4:00 am to catch a plane. I will be spending a week in Oklahoma with family. I will be taking my walking shoes and exercise clothes with me and hope for the best. I will get it in as much as I can, but we will be busy.

Bike ride for 12.4 miles with Scott.

Completed my 4 mile walk this morning in record time! I was really pumped. I leave tomorrow for a week, so hope to not fall down too much on the exercise routine.

I managed to work my walk in on Monday after the sun
went down. :) It will have to wait until that time
today.

Just finished my walk for today. :)

Well, Wednesday's attempt at walking was thwarted by
thunder. No rain came from it, though.:( Just couldn't
walk outside with lightning about. Will try again to-
day.

Just a quick post to say that I made that walk this
evening. We had some good rainfall earlier which made
it a lot cooler. :)

Oops! 10.5 bike ride yesterday and today. LOL

Maaj, yup - tractors galore including a parade of over 70 of them! LOL Our 6 year old was in heaven. :)
