Here is this week's thread for posting your exercise for each day. Today is a rest day for me.
I am still visiting family in Oklahoma, but getting my 4 mile walk in as much as possible. I walked 4 miles on Sunday and 4 miles today.
Mowing the lawn for my exercise today.
12.5 mile bike ride for today!
Did some walking while out-of-town over the week-end.
Also, worked in my daily walk last night at home. :)
I was able to get in a 4 mile walk again today. I'm still in Oklahoma for a couple of more days.
Gym today, I'll decide when I get there. Probably a variety.
I managed to walk almost every day that we were gone. Went with DH and neighbor this AM for 3 1/2 mile walk.
Pat, good for you. Doesn't it feel good to know you are doing what you can to keep things under control?
I forgot to post for yesterday - 12.5 mile ride on the HILLY route!!!
4 mile walk/run this morning. I added some jogging to my 4 mile walk several weeks ago, but I don't think I ever mentioned it on here. I'm just in the habit of posting 4 mile walk and have kept posting that.
Overslept so didn't get the walk in but did 1 hour of aerobics in the pool.
10.5 mile bike ride this morning. We got out while it was still cool. yay!
I had to leave for the airport in OKC at 6:00 this morning, so did not get my walking in. It is now 5:30 and just got in about 30 minutes ago. Quite frankly, I'm too tired to walk today.
I was pretty tired yesterday, but went on that walk
after the sun went down. Made it 1 1/2 miles. :) Hope
to repeat tonight. Also did a little work with weights
only an hour in the pool today. The water felt like Jello. I had a really hard time moving.

Walked a mile on Friday, but on Saturday evening did
a mile and a half. :)
