OPPS!!!! I got so excited i ended it there- i made the best dinner with that stupid canned chicken and i am stuffed. Has anyone ever had these--- they are sliced carrots, sujgar snap peas, black beans and edamame !!! Mixed with a can of chicken. YUM

Yeah they are in a box and you take it out of the box and stick it in the microwave it comes in its own steamable pouch so so so so good- lots of fiber, delish!!!!!!!! Really good with that chicken. Yes in the frozen section
