I just wanted to get the tread started for anyone who wanted to post their exercise for today.
As for me, it is rest day.
Rest day for me also. I will start my exercise week tomorrow.
3 1/2 mile walk this AM.
4 mile walk this morning.
11 mile bike ride this morning.
Forgot to post from yesterday - 12 mile bike ride.
I forgot to post yesterday, but I did get in a 4 mile walk/run. Did the same today.
1 hour water aerobics yesterday and 3 1/2 mile walk today.
