I will reply and attach the spreadsheet (in Excel) to you. You can alter it to add in the things you buy at the store. It is catagorized and makes it so easy to shop, I cross things off as I buy them. I save my lists to see what long term food storage items our family needs (what we use the most).

Lisa, if I don't have the excel program, can I still use the spreadsheet or will it not work?

Uki, I can copy and paste it into word and see if it will keep it's margins okay.

Okay Uki give me your email address and I'll send it over. I put it in Word you're just going to have to mess with your columns so it will fit on 2 pages.
