Combine all ingredients and use as you would a packet of taco seasoning. This is for 1 lb of burger.
What I do is do this recipe x32 and keep it in a quart canning jar in the cupboard. Then I only make it once every few months (we eat a lot of mexican food). I can buy my spices in the bulk section at a Winco grocery store here. But where ever you can buy bulk it's cheaper.
Recipe x32 (approximately) for 1 quart canning jar
2 cups flour
2/3 cup chili powder
2/3 cup paprika
1/2 cup salt
1/2 cup minced onion
1/3 cup cumin
2 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
2 1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 1/2 tsp sugar
1 1/4 tsp ground oregano
