I found Edy's ice pops do it more for me than the ice cream treats.. I can't latey stop with 1 so I don't bring them in my house.. I'm the one that does the shopping so I'm responsible for what I injest..
I love skinny cow too, I think most are 2 points also, but there are a few treats that come out to 3 points. I avoid those. Have you tried the WW ice cream cups yet? I really like those. Most are 2 points, except the turtle sundae - that one is 3 points.
