Just starting the thread for anyone who needs to post for today. This is rest day for me.
I forgot to post for Monday - 10 mile bike ride. It was windy!!!
Yesterday- 1 hour water walking. Today 1 hour water aerobics class and weight lifting.
I got back to business with the exercise yesterday. I walked for 1 1/2 hours, but don't know the miles. I forgot my pedometer. I will walk again tonight. Now that school is back in session, it's back to work for me, so will have to get my walking done in the evening. That is a challenge in itself due to my boys' constant activities.
4 mile walk this evening.
10 mile bike ride for Tuesday.
Walked 3 miles and jogged 1 mile.
13.5 mile bike ride today. Since Scott is back to work, I had to go by myself, but you know, I think I work harder that way. There are less distractions.
1 hour in the pool
Changed things up a little tonight due to having extra time and a walking buddy. I did not run any, but walked 5 miles.
I only got about 3 miles in tonight before it started raining.
1 hour in the pool and then walking the parking lot of the shopping center.
10.5 mile bike ride.
