Just getting the thread started. For the new folks, this is a thread for you to post your exercise plans/activities to earn your AP's.
My week should look like this:
Sunday - rest
Monday - bike ride
Tuesday - bike ride
Wednesday - rest
Thursday - bike ride
Friday - rest
Saturday - bike ride
Saturday & Sunday are rest days for me as far as exercise goes. If all goes according to plan, I will be walking & jogging Mon-Fri.
No bike ride for Monday - my stomach was acting up and I took the day off. I felt so yucky...
I atended the school board meeting last night, so was only able to get in 30 minutes of walking before it got to dark and I had to pick up the boys at their scout meeting. It's suppose to rain today also, but hopefully it will pass before this evening. I plan to walk while my youngest is at football practice.
Almost 17 miles on the bike today. I was making up for not riding yesterday...
I'll add in here!!! I may go on a bike ride tonight for about 35 min, 6 miles.
Monday I worked off 700 calories at the gym doing lots of upper body weights and 35min of cardio. IT was a nice day.
PS. I'm really enjoying school being in session!!!
7.5 miles on the bike today. The rain cut things short... Bleh!
4 mile walk this evening.
You "young" girls have inspired me. I have started walking a little more this week...2 miles. I do an indoor CD, though. It works, though!

Finally got back to the gym after my "tummy upset". An hour in the pool then a mile on the treadmill.
I did not get to walk or run this evening. I had a meeting at school and by the time the meeting was over, it was too dark outside.
WEll, I didn't feel like riding my bike, but I made myself do it and I feel like a new person! 12.5 miles and I have so much more energy. I felt like a slug before.
10 miles with Scott on the bike today.
