we are making fried potatos for dinner late dinner, anyway- i accidentally dumped about 2 Tablespoons of olive oil in them- there were about 12 sliced up mini potatos onions and serrano pepper- if i have about 1 cup what would you count it as

I can't remember the stats on regular olive oil (I use the olive oil spray)....I'd say 3 and leave it at that. What did you end up counting the veggies as?
