I usually marinate mine as well and then either grill it or broil it. Then let it sit for about 10 minutes before you slice it. Slice it against the grain. We like ours just on the plate. Leftovers are great in stirfry. I have also used a packaged rice mix, and made it without the butter and then sliced the steak into the cooked rice for a quick one-dish meal.
