L: Turkey and tomato on lite wheat, fruit
D: spaghetti and marinara sauce, veggies

I have to work this eve, so our bigger meal will probably be lunch.
Breakfast - protein bar
Lunch - chicken on the grill and some veggies on the side (I bought some summer squash this week). Grapes.
Snack - Fiber One Bar
