Just getting the weekly thread started for anyone who needs to post today.
Rest day for me.
12.5 miles on the bike today. I think it is supposed to rain tomorrow, so I will probably do the treadmill - reluctantly. :(
Just got back from an hour water aerobics class. Burned over 300 cal which equals 3 AP.
spin class this morning - burned my usual 340 calories.
Need to run tomorrow - haven't done that in a few days - trying to switch things up a little.
I did get to walk this evening, but not a full 4 miles. I got a late start, and it is getting dark so much earlier that I ran out of light to safely walk. It's going to get harder and harder to get my walking in now that it doesn't stay light out for very long.
No bike today because of the rain. I did 60 minutes on the treadmill instead.
Went to the new Y for water aerobics class. It was a full hour and really a workout. Think I'll be going back for more.
Youngest DS had a football game this evening, so did not get to walk. We got home from work and school just in enough time to cram in homework and food before heading out to the football field. It was too late by the time the game was over.
I will get to get out tomorrow, though.
16.5 miles on the bike.
Treadmill for 30 minutes followed by an hour class of stretching and balance work in the pool.
Forgot to add that I did the treadmill for 45 minutes Saturday.
