Arnold's Sandwich Thins (new bread, only 1 pt)

Aldi's frozen mixed berries

Just got back from Costco
I bought these 5 items (and then some )
ginger crisp apples - looked good havent tried these yet, new (to me) variety.
I put back lots of things that did NOT belong in my cart - patting myself on the back - if it doesn't make it into my house...how can it get eaten!?!
Picked these up today. I have grandkids here for most of the week-end.
Whole Wheat tortillas
Quinoa is a grain. I find it in the health food section at the grocery store. It can be used in place of rice. I love making a cold salad with it. add fresh cut up veggies and a FF salad dressing and it is great. This website tells all about it
The good thing is that on Core it is a grain that doesn't count in the once a day rule like brown rice.
