Posting my 5 grocery items after coming home from Costco, gave me an idea for this thread. I talk to myself (okay in my head) at the store to tell myself not to buy the things that I should not keep in the house.
I put back the pretzel flats - they were buy one/get one - two HUGE bags - problem is portion is like 10-11 crisps - I would eat most of the bag. So they went in my cart and then back out of my cart.
I also resisted cherry cheesecake this week - had a WW dessert instead.
So, what have you RESISTED on plan this week/today/this minute?
Ok, Sunday, I went to Burger King and we had a coupon for a grilled chicken; buy one get one free. They messed up and gave us the wrong sandwich and even though I was pressed for time, I didn't give in to the temptation to eat the more fattening sandwich....I got out my flatouts and created a fabulous hot sandwich.
