Angela's Menu thread for 9-13-08

Good job yesterday, Angie. 3 good meals! Yay! I am glad you liked the waffles and PB2 combo. I think the banana goes really well with them too. :)

B: eggbeaters, canandian bacon, lite toast with SF jam

L: Not sure - if we are home, it will be tuna caserole with lots of veggies, if we are out, I have no clue.

D: Oven "fried" chicken strips, au gratin taters, veggies

Treat: WW cookie dough sundae and toppings

chocolate coffee- with mocha almond creamer (1 point)
Going tailgating for the IOWA- (GO HAWKEYES) iowa state football game the day is in the air.....

Breakfast - WW yogurt with Fiber One cereal

Lunch - Salad with grilled chicken

Dinner - Grilled Hamburger with all the trimmings

Snack - Watermelon

Angie, I'm so proud to see that you're eating better. It does help when you have a "buddy" and this threadd is a great support system.

try freezing your WW yogart for about 1/2 hr to 45 min
it then becomes like a custard consistency.

takes longer to eat....

Breakfast - Protein Bar

Lunch - soup, 1/2 sandwich, vita brownie.

Snack - Cookie

Dinner - Homemade chicken pizza

Snack - banana or popcorn.
