Don't know if this is like you're looking for, but could be close:
Cheesy Vegetable Soup
2lb of frozen vegetables - your choice - California medley is good
3 cans FF Chicken Broth
1 can Rotel (hot or mild)
10 oz. Light Velveeta
Put vegetables, broth, and Rotel in pot and bring to boil. Simmer 4 - 5 minutes. Add Light Velveeta that has been cut into small pieces (to melt quicker). When cheese is melted, the soup is ready to serve.
