OK, I've planned the rest of my day.
Lunch- 1 cup split pea and ham soup (I normally would have eaten the whole can but the serving size is 1 cup)
Bocca burger on a 1 pt english muffin
FF/SF chocolate pudding 1/2 cup
Supper- Stuffed cabbage soup. Roll (1 pt) and 1/2 cup Bryers Free French Chocolate ice cream. Milk
Lots of water
