13.5 mile bike ride.

50 minutes on the treadmill all done.

11.5 mile bike ride. I set out to do the long one, and I just didn't feel like it. It was so windy and I was working so hard and felt tired and decided to turn around and come home. Oh well, it was still a good ride and I earned my AP's! :)

50 minutes on the treadmill all done. Yay! The will "pay" for the small onion rings at Burger King. LOL
