Dinner--gonna have to figure this one out and get back with ya all!!
B- oatmeal with banana and milk
Snack- apple before gym
L- haven't figured that out yet I have to take something to eat in the car
D- chicken thighs in crockpot with a jar of salsa
Dinner - Baked Lemon Pepper Chicken, Salad, B&B.
Snack - Vita Top with Cool Whip.
