Lunch - Turkey sandwich with lettuce, tomato, dill pickles
Dinner - Smoked chicken, smoked cabbage, sweet potato
Snack - Yogurt
B- shredded wheat and Fiber 1 with banana
The rest of the day I don't know about yet. I'm going to go through all the recipes that I've saved from message boards and decide what I want to make and put in the freezer.
Breakfast - 3 slices Turkey Bacon on toast with spinach leaves and tomato. Large Banana
Lunch - Honey Ham on bun with slice of cheese and spinach leaves, grapes, 100 cal. choc. cake.
Snack - Honey Maid Cheesecake Bar
Dinner - Chicken Fajitas with green peppers/onions/shredded cheese on low point tortillas.
Snack - Fudge Bar or Popcorn
Hi everyone!!! I was away-- i am so so so sorry- sick relative...
Today- I weighed in, gained .2 again, 2 weeks in a row.
Today has not been good so far
Breakfast: coffee with creamer 1 2 fiber one pop tarts 6
Lunch=- sandwhich from hospital= YIKES 8
when i got home 99% fat free ravioli 4 points

coffee with sf/ff creamer and skim milk ( 1 pt)
Snack: vitatop - cran bran (1 pt)

Lunch: stir "fried" veggies with 3 oz chicken (3 pts) and some brown rice (3 pts)
Dinner: panko breaded tilapia (from frozen section at Costco - havent tried yet) (5 pts)
sweet potato "fries" (2 pts)
roasted green beans and grape tomatoes (0 pts)
dessert: fruit salad (1 pt) and maybe a ww ice cream cup or a frozen ww yogurt with some ff cool whip (2 pts)
