Angela-wasn't online much yesterday but here's what I ate.
Breakfast - protein bar
Lunch - Chicken Tetrazzini, Bread/Butter, Greenbeans
Snack - Vita Top with Cool Whip and 2 prunes
Dinner - Chili with Crackers, a few fries, honey maid cheesecake bar.
Snack - 1/2 ham sandwich, small gala apple/PB2
I can report in with what I ate too.
B: eggbeaters, canadian bacon, lite wheat toast with SF jam
L: Turkey, tomato and cheese on lite wheat, oven baked fries
D: spaghetti with marinara sauce
treat: ww ice cream cup and toppings
