Here we go for today.
B: Nutrigrain waffles and PB2
L: Veggie omelet and lite toast with SF jam
D: BBQ pork in the crockpot, rice, veggies
treat: WW ice cream cup and toppings
B'fast - vitatop cran bran and cup of coffee with sf/ff creamer and skim milk
Lunch - BIG salad with new find - Marie's lite blue cheese dressing - found it in the refrigerated case by the produce - only 1 pt per serving and pretty
good! Put 2 oz of boars head blazing buffalo chicken on top of my salad - also only 1 pt
Dinner - roasting a turkey breast with some veggies - carrots, zucchini, onion and celery. Not sure what I will make with it - would like mashed potatoes but I don't have any potatoes and don't feel like going to get any - maybe some rice instead
Snacks - honey crisp apple, ww yogurt, not sure what else - low on points today - thats a switch!
Breakfast - protein bar
Lunch - Chili/crackers, grapes, jr. frosty.
Dinner - leftover fajita from Fri night, choc. 100 cal. cake, handfull of marshmallows, honeymaid cheesecake bar.
I still feel dangerous right now. Want to cry and eat everything in sight.
