Angela's menu thread for 10-2-08

Angie, please don't punish yourself and not eat because you went off plan. That actually causes your metabolism to slow down and that is the last thing you want! According to the menu you posted form yesterday, you skipped breakfast too, and I didn't see where you went off plan and needed to try to save points. You seemed to be okay. Please fill us in so we can help. We care and want you to succeed!

B: Nutrigrain waffles and PB2

L: Baked sweet potato and 1 cup FF plain yogurt

D: 92% lean hamburger on lite wheat, tomato slices, baked beans

treat: cookie dough sundae with toppings

Breakfast: Waffle with some strawberry cream cheese (3)

Lunch: Boca Burger/Cheese/Bun, pretzels, grapes.

Snack: Honey Maid Cheesecake bar

Dinner: Chicken Tenders steamed in the skillet with some green beans and mashed taters.

Snack: Vita Brownie with some cool whip

B'fast - Oatmeal with cooked apple added (good this cool morning)

Lunch - Veggie burger with lots of lettuce, tomato, and onion

Dinner - Pork tenderloin, green beans, sweet potato fries

Snacks - WW yogurt, Hot cocoa
