Angie, fill us in on how you do today so we can cheer you on! :) B: Nutrigrain waffles and PB2 L: Imitation crab on lavash bread, spread with FF cream cheese and topped with salad and chopped tomato, salsa too. D: Oven baked tilipia, rice, veggies treat: cookie dough sundae and toppings
B- oatmeal, banana, pear and milk L- ? probably leftovers S- stir fried chicken and veggies, brown rice and ice cream milk
B'fast - Coffee, Egg Beater Omelet with lots of veggies and salsa Lunch - Boca burger on 1 point bun with lots of lettuce, onion, and tomato, fresh fruit salad Dinner - Catfish, slaw, green beans Snack - WW Smoothie, yogurt
B- French vanilla oatmeal with yogurt L- probably a salad with lime vinaigrette D- probably a bowl of cereal I hate mondays
Breakfast: Protein BAr Lunch Turkey Sandwich on Lavash Bread, grapes, candy (not much, LOL) Dinner: Cheeseburger,small Fries, and prune bites (had to eat them they were melting from being left in my car!!) That's it...was out of town all day.
