Lunch: Turkey/Provolone Cheese sandwich on Lavash with spinach and roasted red peppers, banana, honeymaid cheesecake bar.
Dinner: Making a pot of chili, carrots, half of PB2 sandwich.
snack: Fudge bar
B'fast - Veggie omelet with homemade salsa YUM!!
Lunch - Ham sandwich with lettuce, tomato, and onion, dill pickles on the side
Snack - WW yogurt
Dinner - Smoked ribs/chicken, cabbage, sweet potatoes, sliced tomato
