I am curious to try making this. Has anyone made it or tried it and if so, what did you think and how did you serve it? Is it kid friendly? Thanks!
I have not tried this, sorry.
I use aimee's recipe except I make it in a big measuring cup (I think it is 2 qts) in the microwave. I grew up with it sliced about 1/4 inch thick and fried in a skillet until it is fairly crispy. We served it with syrup. I make it once in awhile and I just use spray pam and Sugar free syrup. Aimee has a good recipe for a mexican dish that is good if you like something spicy...Hope this helps. Now I just might have to make some this week. I guess I'm now in the mood for some. :)
