breakfast protein bar and half of small banana
lunch - hot dog on 1 pt. bun, pretzels, grapes
snack - nibbles of marshmallows and prunes (don't ask)
Dinner - chicken burger and broccoli
snack - banana and pb2
I just mix mine with water until it is the consistency that I like. I have head of people who mix their daily oil into theirs, but I usually reserve my oil for cooking. I have not tried the chocolate version because I heard mixed reviews on it. Many people have found that mixing some cocoa powder and splenda into the PB2 powder and then adding water works just as well.
