L: same as yesterday - indecisive! Either pancakes or something on a Joseph's pita. Yesterday I went with pancakes.

Well, I haven't given dinner at thought, but here's the rest...
Breakfast- protein bar (no surprise here, huh?)
Lunch - Turkey sandwich on 1 pt. wheat bun, grapes, pretzels.
Snack - yogurt
Dinner - ??
Snack - Banana and PB2
B'fast - Veggie omelet
Lunch - More cheesy vegetable soup, and sandwich of some kind
Snack - WW vanilla smoothie
Dinner - Leftover chicken, corn on cob, veggies of some kind
