Brunch: Denny's - 2 "egg" eggbeaters scrambled with veggies, 2 pancakes, SF syrup. I will request everything be dry grilled with no added oil or margarine.
dinner: HC steamer - I will let you know how it turns out.

Snack- pear before exercise apple and skim milk after exercise
L- Beef barley soup and squash
Snack- grapes
S- sweet and sour turkey meatballs with brown rice, milk and baked apple
