Dinner - Stroganoff (I was supposed to make this yesterday, but didn't so I'll have to use up that hamburger tonight), steamed broccoli.
B- oatmeal with flaxseed and apple
Snack skim milk after exercise, iced coffee
L- waited till after WW had Southwestern chicken salad at McD's
Supper-something with chicken, haven't decided
