L-I made some chicken fajitas but not sure might just have something small as not feeling well.
D-plan was for ranch chicken in potatoes.
Lets see how the day goes.
B- oatmeal with fiber 1 and banana
L- Quinoia salad, grapes, milk
S- something with chicken, leftover cornbread, veggie
I was OP actually under. I had a yogurt for breakfast and 1/2 of my chicken fajita. Only has a spoonful of the chicken ranch pototes. The downside is I only drank 4 cups of water. I suppose thats better than none.
B'fast - Coffee with creamer
Fiber One cereal with milk
Lunch - Progresso 0 pt Noodle Soup
2% cheese toast
Dinner - Minute Steak
Snack - WW Smoothie
Apple with PB2 if I have point left
